During his dedicated service in the United States Marine Corps, David's roles as a Translator, Crypto-linguist, and Platoon Sergeant took him across the globe, providing vital force-protection and intelligence support in locations spanning from the Continental United States to Asia, the Middle East, and North Africa. His honorable discharge marked the beginning of an illustrious career in leadership and sales.
For the past 24 years, David has made his mark in the Homebuilding and Senior Living industries, consistently shaping and leading winning teams. His most recent role as Vice President of Sales and Marketing for a national senior living brand in South Florida showcased his prowess in executive leadership.
Driven by his passion for coaching, training, and speaking, David founded D Squared Advisors Inc. and established a thriving FocalPoint Business Coaching Practice. His mission: to empower leaders, executives, and business owners on their journey to excellence, drawing from his extensive experience in sales, leadership, and business acumen.
